To be eligible for a refund, the product must be perfectly sealed and unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be required to, please, supply images of the products, all sealed, to our email address info@dietapplements.com before sending your products to us. I'm afraid we can't accept used products.
Customers have to pay for the return shipping fees in full if they choose to return their orders for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
