A three-in-one formulation. Each 2-capsule serving delivers 1,000 mg of raw, unfiltered, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar with the Mother retained, alongside concentrated botanical extracts and a 12-nutrient vitamin–mineral matrix — 23 active ingredients in total.

Fermentation & botanical matrix.
• 1,000 mg raw Suffolk apple cider vinegar with the Mother
• Turmeric extract 35:1 (95% curcuminoids), equivalent to 1,400 mg root
• Ginger root extract 10:1, equivalent to 120 mg root
• Cayenne extract 8:1, equivalent to 120 mg cayenne pepper
• Black pepper powder 10 mg

Live cultures & FOS.
• Fructooligosaccharides (93% actual FOS) 45 mg
• Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum, providing 20 million viable organisms

Authorised micronutrient synergy.
Vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7 and B12, together with iron, iodine, copper and manganese, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
